About Kultura Kòrsou

Kultura Kòrsou is part of the Hofi Mango park. The kitchen of Kultura Kòrsou, led by chef Willy Balentina, serves Creole cuisine as you have never tasted it before, unique combinations of flavors with high quality, fresh and local ingredients. Balentina is the number one chef on the island and has gained his experience as a star chef in, among others, the kitchens of the Librije (Jonnie Boer), Ron Gastrobar (Ron Blaauw), Joelia (Mario Ridder) and the 4-star hotel Castell d’Empordà.

He was determined to return to his native island to pass on his knowledge and train young people to become the new generation of chefs of Curaçao. Balentina’s mission is to raise Curaçao cuisine to star level and mainly use local products, to stimulate local economy and sustainability and to put Curaçao cuisine on the international map.
